Michigan Saves has collaborated with Oakland County for the
Oakland SAVES (Simple Actions for Valuable Energy Savings)
grant program set to launch on 01.22.2024. Utilizing $5 million from the American Rescue Plan Act, Oakland County aims to offer grant incentives for low-income homeowners. The initiative aims to alleviate energy burdens and promote energy efficiency in residential properties.
​The Oakland SAVES program is open to all Oakland County homeowners through a tiered system based on income level. You must provide proof of income by submitting a 2022 federal 1040 tax form.
